We are a fully remote company with driven team members based in seven countries and counting.
We're looking for an ambitious, creative and super fun Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This person will get invaluable experience working at the executive level, supporting both the CEO and Chief of Staff in daily operations. You’ll get a front seat to learning how clinical trials work and a peak into how a successful entrepreneur operates.
This person will be critical to our operations and is a real Jack/Jill of all trades. You’ll be supporting in heavy calendar management, sales, human resources, operations and beyond. The ideal candidate has a very keen eye for detail, understands the importance of excellent customer service and is above all else, willing to learn on the job.

Work hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm PT
