The Role:

Leapcure is looking for an ambitious Growth Specialist to own our outbound lead generation process. You will work directly with our Clinical Operations and Growth Specialist, drawing on your skills and experience to design, execute, and refine outbound outreach campaigns. You will be directly involved in building out our initial sales development stack, prospecting practices, and testing and refining outreach language and presentation materials. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is results-driven and can effectively communicate with prospective clients and can deliver results in terms of live deals that meet and exceed Leapcure’s goals.

As we continue to grow, we are increasing prospecting for new clients from researching key stakeholders, building relationships, determining client needs, securing new contracts, managing ongoing relationships, and creating Leapcure champions. This is a great fit for someone who can deliver results in terms of live deals and manage a process that delivers the best results for Leapcure. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Help define our growing sales team at Leapcure. 
  • Identify target customers: research markets and generate prioritized company and prospect lists. 
  • Develop an outbound outreach playbook: design and execute campaigns for various ways to reach out to potential customers by email, phone, video, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Qualify and nurture early opportunities: you’ll talk to interested customers to educate them about Leapcure and assess whether they would benefit from our services. 
  • Build our tech stack: evaluate and onboard sales software and automation tools that increase efficiency and enable data-driven decision making. 
  • Own our startup engagement strategy: develop a process for engaging with and educating startups (i.e. hosting events, going to demo days).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build clear outreach campaigns for an executive-level audience 
  • Alignment to Leapcure’s overall mission driving to meaningful conversations with target audiences
  • Have patience to sell a complex concept to the right audience
  • A willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs
  • Proven ability to work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and achieve long-term relationships
  • A track record of establishing relationships and trust among team members at all levels of organizations, from senior executives to junior colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple client relationships at once 
  • Ability to work across diverse, global teams

Additional Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in sales (additional startup experience a plus; healthcare experience also a plus)
  • A fit with company core values and a desire to make an impact
  • High EQ - can read a room and adjust accordingly
  • Proficiency with CRM/Project Management Tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google Workspace)
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time exempt position with a starting salary range of $50K-$60K and additional equity compensation.
