Head of Growth

Leapcure technologies help accelerate clinical trials with our patient advocacy platform. We’ve already saved over 60 years of research across 42 countries and played a part in saving thousands of lives with our COVID-19 work in the past year.  We are a fully remote company with driven team members based in seven countries and counting.


We're looking for a Head of Growth to develop into our Chief Commercial Officer over time. This is a player/coach role.  The ideal candidate has startup leadership experience, inspires clients, builds high performing teams and is determined to redefine how our industry runs clinical trials. We’re looking for a creative thinker that will combine relationship building qualities with persistence to help support the continuing growth of the company.


Some of the key activities will include:

  • Owning and amplifying our sales and marketing materials and processes
  • Continuously deepening the understanding the needs of our clients (CROs, Pharma and Biotech clinical trial teams)
  • Developing our key client accounts to build stronger internal champions and engage client leadership as trusted long term partners
  • Applying analytical skills to understand how our business can contribute to success in various therapeutic areas (we already have a lot of strong case studies)


Experience requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience with enterprise clients
  • 3+ years of sales team management generating $5-20m+ per year
  • Experience initiating sales processes and sales teams multiple times
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • A fit with company values
  • Biotech/drug development knowledge is a plus
  • Experience co-founding a startup or as an early employee (employee 1-5) is a strong preference
